The problem

Does any of this sound familiar?

You’ve signed partners who were enthusiastic at the start — and then went completely quiet.

Your partners can’t explain your product properly, so they either don’t pitch it, or pitch it wrong.

You have no idea whether your partner channel is actually profitable, or whether you’re subsidising relationships that aren’t delivering.

Your direct team and your partners are competing for the same schools — and nobody’s happy about it.

You know you need a structured approach, but you’ve been too busy closing direct sales to work out what that looks like.

You’re heading into overseas markets without a clear framework — and those mistakes are expensive to learn the hard way.

About Seventh Sibling

Built by people who’ve done this in education

Seventh Sibling works with education technology companies at every stage — from early-stage founders working out their first go-to-market to established commercial teams scaling into new markets.

We built this course because we kept seeing the same problem. Talented teams with good products, signing partners enthusiastically, then watching those relationships drift into inactivity. Not because the partners were bad, but because nobody had given them a system. This course is that system.

Questions

Common questions

How long does the course take to complete?+
The core content is roughly four to five hours of video. With the workbook exercises completed after each lesson, most people finish in six to eight hours. Work through it in a week or spread it across a month — access is yours for life.
I’m early stage with no partners yet. Is this for me?+
Yes, and arguably this is the best time to take it. Building the right foundation before you sign your first partner is far easier than fixing things after a relationship has gone sideways. Block 1 will help you decide whether you’re ready for partners at all yet.
Does this cover international markets or just the UK?+
Both. There’s a dedicated lesson on UK versus overseas considerations, covering procurement frameworks, compliance, currency risk and cultural nuances. The management and measurement frameworks apply anywhere.
What format is the course in?+
Fifteen video lessons hosted on Teachable, each with a matching PDF workbook. Templates are downloadable Excel and PDF files. Quizzes are scenario-based. Everything is self-paced and works on desktop and mobile.
